There is a functional need to perform vehicles traffic profiling on major inter sections and highways. Data obtained through that exercise can be used by traffic planners to study and form them as a basis for recommendation to government departments.

Currently, most of the traffic profiling work is done manually. Since they are done manually, it is often not possible to perform data collection for a longer period of time across different environmental conditions. Often such type of analysis are done with limited data set has they put certain set of assumptions depending upon expert judgement which introduces certain risks. There were many instances which can be cited where wrong recommendations were provided resulting in wrong spending of Government funds on unwanted projects.

We can assist in such scenarios by offering our pre-trained heterogeneous DNN models based video inference systems. The inference can be done either at real time or through batch operations. Generally it is recommended to execute inference through batch mode using cloud infrastructure.

1. Record vehicles movement count categorized by direction.
2. Record vehicles count group by lanes in multi lane roads.
3. Record vehicles information like time of transit, type of vehicles.

The information will be provided as report in document format or can be visualized in a browser.
